Job Title: CSR Manager (Customer Support)

Salary: 350 euros
Office Hours: In shifts ( 8h-24h)
Due to new partnership of ITLogistics (Macedonia) and Casino 765 we are looking for 5 new team members to join our team. The ideal candidates will be highly organized with a keen interest in digital marketing and knowledge of online gaming industry.
Excellent English Skills (a second language is a plus)
Proven customer support experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiar with CRM systems and practices - an Advantage
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
