We are currently looking for Conversion and Retention Managers to enrich our team with creative and talented individuals who can build a successful career with us.
Conversion and Retention Managers are responsible for managing the telephone advertising team and retention team by leading towards the results, ensuring that the daily, weekly and monthly targets are reached. Also engaged in the selection, adaptation, learning and professional development of team members, resolution of conflicts and overall motivation and engagement of the team.
Manage the performance of the team, including setting and coordinating the periodic targets (weekly, monthly), supervising the implementation of the targets, and managing the results.
Provide continuous updates on the new methodologies, skills, techniques, industry news, as well as to encourage the self-learning of employees.
Provide continuous and timely feedback to employees about their performance, including the quality of their calls, suggest improvement solutions, new pitches, conduct (or arrange with internal trainer) personal trainings and coaching sessions, etc.
Ensure the client service quality and client retention by regular monitoring and proactive client management, if needed- by acting as a second voice and taking up problematic client conversations
Ensure the operational management of the team, including the attendance, discipline, payments, documentations, etc.
Ensure good environment and motivating atmosphere, initiate different activities for strengthening team spirit and cooperation.
Solve conflicts timely and effectively.
Regularly report to the management about the team performance, the results, issues, initiate improvement solutions.
