Responsibilities: Monitor and respond to escalated incidents in production environments Maintain Windows/.NET-based workloads Participate actively in technical meetings to contribute to solution improvements Maintain clear and accurate infrastructure documentation What We're Looking For Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent practical experience Minimum of 3 years of experience with Windows/Linux administration and network maintenance Strong troubleshooting skills in system and network environments Technical Skills: Experience with monitoring tools Good understanding of firewalls and network security Basic shell scripting skills Any experience with AWS or cloud technologies is a plus (e.g., EC2, CloudWatch, WAF) Willingness to transition into cloud operations and obtain AWS certification Fluent in English Work Style: Ability to work independently and collaboratively Available for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays Personal Attributes: Strong communication and organizational skills Analytical and inventive mindset A collaborative team player Calm under pressure, adaptable, and flexible Reliable and responsible in managing tasks and time Company Summary Aristocrat Interactive   Aristocrat Interactive is Aristocrat Leisure Limited’s (ASX:ALL) regulated online Real Money Gaming (RMG) business and was formed in 2024 when the Anaxi and NeoGames businesses (Anaxi, NeoGames, Aspire Global, BtoBet, and Pariplay) came together.  The business is an industry leader in content and technology solutions for online RMG, with a full-service offering that includes content, proprietary technology platforms and a range of value added services across iLottery, iGaming and Online Sports Betting (OSB).
